I will note that the internet service isn't 100%. I had to use the internet from the lobby on the evening of my arrival. But this phenomenon is one I see a lot in small hotels in Europe. Not a big surprise. In the room, all was in order. Just what I needed after a long journey: a comfortable bed and a good shower. I was not looking for charm. The hotel is just a tad off the beaten path in that it lacks a direct connection to downtown Frankfurt. It does, however, have a direct bus from Frankfurt Airport. That was more important for me. There are nearby stores to supply any travel essentials that one may have forgotten to pack. Also some inexpensive but decent-looking restaurants."
