The space
There are two main lounge areas, a kitchen dinner and a patio area with roof that opens and closes, dependent on weather, area is protected in the winter months but will get wet in heavy rain. Smokers cannot smoke anywhere on the premises except on the ground floor area gated area with 2 sets of tables and chairs on exit to the premises.

This property is self contained as it has its own king bed, wardrobe, draws, table, lounge area, TV Fridge, toaster, kettle, and balcony with chairs and table, and an ensuite shower with sink and toilet, the bathroom is quite small but has everything you need.
The lounge area is large and you could have another child or adult stay here for the extra cost of $100 inc breakfast

with this room you do not get a full kitchen as you are next to the kitchen so you can just use the shared kitchen for anything else that you need including the dishwasher.

The space
The property is elegantly decorated with luxurious furnishings and interesting artworks. All guest rooms feature specialist Tempur mattresses, 3 with a reclining bed frame, as well as 4 beautifully appointed and newly renovated ensuite bathrooms - one with a double 18 jet spa bath and 2 balconies which overlooks the Iconic Perth Stadium and is within 1.5km walking distance.

Guest access
Guests have their own Private Entrance. The top floor has 3 private guest rooms all with Ensuite bathrooms. The middle floor has a private kitchen and Lounge area. (staff will need access for cleaning etc)
Our spa is a separate building to the Hotel and if someone rents all rooms of the hotel and require complete privacy it can be arranged at an extra cost. The Spa guests have access to one of the lounges on the middle floor usually on Fridays and Saturdays till from 10-5. There is one private car space for guests. Parking is free at weekends. Guests can request complete privacy but this has to be organised with the manager and an extra cost will apply.

Other things to note
There are free cat buses to the city and the train station, Claisebrook is 10 minutes walk from the accomodation.
There is a spa on the property for treatments which guests receive 25% off the price
