The staff were very helpful and multi-lingual, water was always available in the lobby, umbrellas were available to guests, as well as free bag storage. The AC in the room was quiet and very effective, blinds were completely blackout, and the bed comprised of two twin mattresses combined into one with two separate comforters - which we actually liked as a couple, no competing for sheets! We found a Laverie (laundromat) about an 8-minute walk away. It was clean and easy to use (1.50 euro for 6 minutes of drying -- be sure to use high heat / 10 euro for washing machine). The area around the hotel is clean and safe. It's quiet. The terrace is nice and the attached cafe is really incredible! It's a very beautiful hotel and cafe. You certainly won't be disappointed!! "
