The staff were very helpful and multi-lingual, water was always available in the lobby, umbrellas were available to guests, as well as free bag storage. The AC in the room was quiet and very effective, blinds were completely blackout, and the bed comprised of two twin mattresses combined into one with two separate comforters - which we actually liked as a couple, no competing for sheets! We also found the hotel extremely quiet and clean. Slept like a baby. This hotel is also very easy walking distance to the tram station, the cathedral, and Petit France. Book it! "
