- "The bed sheets and pillowcases were not replaced with fresh ones, and we could clearly smell the previous guests’ scent, especially on the pillows. It was very unpleasant. We tried to cover the pillows with the bath towels, but the towels had an extremely strong chemical disinfectant smell, which made it difficult to use them as well. The duvet cover also appeared not to have been changed. Because of the overall lack of cleanliness, my husband and I had a very uncomfortable night.
