There is a friendly bar - with charming locals (Edmund and Jurgen were engaging and charming) great food and plenty of beer and schnapps. Leyla is an amazing host - she remembers everyone who has stayed and can't do enough for guests. One morning another guest and I needed to get to the Messe for a conference and no taxis were available - we were preparing to find alternative transport when Leyla offered to give us a lift. Great fun, great people, personal care and attention. There may not be a 100 rooms, or every conscience you expect from some of the chains but a five minute cab from Stuttgart airport will take you to one of the best boutique hotels I have ever stayed at. - "This is a hidden Gem. Lovely staff. First double room I had with an actual double bed rather than two singles. The room seems a little dated but very clean and comfortable. Shower was a little small but I am quite a big fella. Bedding and pillows were great. Breakfast was included and was delicious, maybe because they had bacon. Probably about a 7 minute walk to the station to take you in to central Stuttgart and journey is 30 minutes. Really lovely quiet little town.
