The apartment is perfectly renovated in a very very old building, which has so much Character! Theresa is amazing, not only and how fast she can run up and down her little town, but she took care of us for breakfast in the other building, run and owned by the same people down a little further into the town. And that building is just absolutely fantastic, essentially, a museum of perfect preservation. I almost feel like I should not leave a good review about this town because selfishly I’d like to keep it unknown! However, the world deserves to see it & my heritage for many generations has lived in it & around it in the surrounding hillsides. You can walk up into the mountains and be in the woods or down to the beach and go swimming in the sea!"

The space
The Residence consists of 4 rooms with private bathroom and numerous common areas. The kitchen is available for small meals, but the residence also has an inn where you can taste traditional dishes, prepared with selected raw materials and at zero km. We provide shuttle service to and from Lamezia Terme airport, organize guided tours in the village and its surroundings and recommend walks in nature around the village of Fiumefreddo.

General measures
Our staff performs a rapid antigen swab test every two weeks. At the reception and in other common areas, it is always mandatory to wear a mask and respect interpersonal distance. Receptionists are equipped with the personal protective equipment necessary for the proper performance of the work entrusted to them: face mask and gloves (if necessary).
In addition to the sanitizing gels available at the reception and in the common areas, guests are provided with a spray with a high concentration of alcohol and hydrogen peroxide for hand hygiene

ARRIVAL At the residence
At the entrance to the Residence, the temperature of all arriving guests will be measured. Guests with a body temperature above 37.5°C will not have access to the Residence and will be subjected to a rapid swab test by our staff.
CHECK-IN
Distancing is required at check-in between people who are not part of the same family. A telephone contact of at least one member will also be required if a family.
COMMON AREAS
All guests are required to wear a mask when moving between the various areas of the Residence.

Mandatory reservation of all catering services with indication of the names of all table occupants. In our tavern, a safe distance of 2 meters will be maintained between the tables.
BREAKFAST
For the breakfast service, a buffet will be available for display only. Guests will be able to choose the products on display by indicating their preference to the staff once they have been spaced and seated at the table.
ROOMS
For all rooms, the daily cleaning and disinfection procedure is provided as per government regulations. Once the room or apartment has been sanitized, no one will be able to enter before your arrival. Upon guests' departure, sanitization with hydrogen peroxide will be provided.
CHECK OUT
Guests will be asked to request to view the account the day before departure. At check-out, a safe distance must be maintained with both the reception staff and any other waiting guests.
