We finally figured it out (email comes exactly at 3pm and you check in a few more times on app then get a door unlock on app). Room was hot. My app was not working properly but by chance I bump into a maintenance guys who was his way home (17h). This is one of the most expensive hotel in the radius, I expected a bit more than a bottle of water. A simple yet efficient breakfast corner would have change my experience..."
