- "Kind staff, comfy beds, great location. My favorite plave to stay in Visby." - "This is a very nice and comfortable hotel easy walking distance to/from the ferry terminal with light luggage. It’s a great location for the botanical garden and many, many restaurants and shops. The hotel is down near the harbor and most of the restaurants are an uphill walk on beautiful cobblestone streets. The rooms are nicely appointed and seem to vary in size. I had a single room which was rather small but very nice. The bed was comfortable, I had a soft comfortable arm chair and and a desk with chair. There was a well stocked mini bar under the desk. There was a good armoire with a small safe inside and an iron and ironing board. I had a luggage rack and there were 3 hooks on the wall by the door. Bathroom had a shower with sliding doors, shampoo, conditioner and shower soap. Heated towel rack but too far from the shower, a hook would be nice beside the shower. Toilet was lovely with an old fashioned pull chain to flush, heated floor in bathroom. The spa changing rooms seem to a bit run down since I was here 3 years ago. The soap and shampoo dispensers were broken or missing and they only provided a smaller towel instead of a beach size towel that I remember from the last visit. The bar is a magnificent design! The breakfast buffet has a great selection but gets very crowded the last hour."

- "We stayed in their apartment, and it was very spacious, well-maintained despite being a bit dated, and full of character with its charming architecture. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the old town. We were initially concerned about noise at night, but it became quiet around 11:00 PM every evening. The breakfast was delicious, although it lacked daily variety. It was a classic European breakfast with no hot items except for a make-your-own waffle station."
