There was complimentary valet (for our rental) and our bags were taken up to our room. The architecture of the hotel is beautiful as is all of Gramado. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is pretty good and was included in our reservation, open until 10:30 which was great cause we got to sleep in. The outdoor deck connected to the dining room is beautiful--sidenote, we got really awesome weather and no rain. This was really the better option for us because it was in the center of town and we could walk/bike evrywhere. There is another LaGhetto hotel a little further removed. If I am ever back in Gramado, would of course stay here again!"
