Also, i wanted to pay by card they had on file, i authorized it but they kept tellling me fill out a form, while im on the rd traveling myself asking me to fill out a form on my damn phone. She blatantly told me " WE DO NOT DO THAT HERE" I was so unsure of what she meant. I asked what do you mean? she then proceeded to inform me that I have to pay for whatever I need they do not offer anything free. At no point did I ask for anything free. It was unnecessary and unprofessional of your staff to say anything remotely close to what was conveyed to myself and my party. JAIGOBIN, your staff in the bar was much more accommodating than at the front desk. YOUR FRONT DESK NEEDS TRAINING IN PROPER ETIQUETTE."
