Also, i wanted to pay by card they had on file, i authorized it but they kept tellling me fill out a form, while im on the rd traveling myself asking me to fill out a form on my damn phone. Again, no warning of these issues and nonoffer to move our room until we complained. When we had water in the shower, the drain was getting clogged and we were standing in dirty water. To top it off, they offer hourly rates for customers to handle their "business". 10 years ago, this property was fantastic-what a disappointment to see the state that it is in now. "
