- "Overall it’s a nice place. Especially the design and the atmosphere. Very beautiful outdoors. I would call it five-ish stars hotel. The cleanliness of the sheets could to better (see photos of the mattress Skirt or the napkin in the room) but I can’t say it bothered me enough to ask to replace it. Had to come out and sort the check out when ordering room service (even though I notified I have credit for the room) - was a bit annoying but everything sorted. Biggest disadvantage is that you are pretty far out from the city - so that would cost time and money on rides. And of course- you are mainly going to order food in the hotel area which is always annoying. Even though it is pretty far and quieter than in town - you still hear noises like cars and people (stuff) walking and talking - at least in the room I had facing the pool side. They have a golf course just 1 min walk away so I guess that’s good if you play golf. The staff are very nice and respectful. Breakfast is ok, not great (the cheese plater needs to be bigger). Again overall it’s a good stay - and the difference between a good choice and could do better elsewhere - really depends what the price for the room. I think 110 usd (including tax) per night is a bit borderline."

- "We had excellent service and staff. The rooms were really nice and clean. The bar in the restaurant were really good. Excellent selection of food. Everything was really clean and up-to-date The only thing I had a problem is was the shower had hot water, but it wasn’t really hot like I like it, but I am from America so I am used to certain things. In the bed was pretty firm and I like a super comfortable bed as far as a pillow top. Other than that, the resort was very beautiful and I slept better than I thought on a firm bed everything else in the facility and resort made up for it and it kind of sits out in the country away from everybody so it is nice and quiet at night. - "This place is very beautiful and rather quiet but it is EXTREMELY difficult to get any sort of transportation here. It is located on top of a very steep hill and no mobile taxi service will come here. The hotel can call you a car but it will be very expensive and take at least an hour to arrive. You also may have to walk a long distance down the hill to get to your taxi with all your luggage as most cars won’t try to make it up this hill but the staff is more than happy to help you carry your luggage if needed. Overall I loved this hotel but wouldn’t want to stay again only for these reasons "
