A buffet breakfast is $32.00 and buffet dinner is $37.00. If you need things done in the business center I suggest you try to have all that work done before you arrive. Just to copy one page is $1.00. Other areas such as the gym, sauna, and pool area left a bad taste in our mouths so much so that we didn’t use these facilities. They were outdated and run down and need serious updates and repair. The food was excellent, just a bit pricey. Will we return to Rainbow Towers? Mmm, I’m not sure, it depends on whether they up their game and give you the product you pay for."

I am highly recommend to all budget traveler." - "Decided to give Horizon Inn a try for a 2 night visit to Harare. The check-in was smooth and everything was as it should be. The lady at the front desk was an absolute joy. The rooms are not much to write home about. The linen is probably a couple of decades old, the mattresses are very uncomfortable and the pillows were so thin it was beyond belief. No words could adequately describe that. You just need to forego comfort. At best what you want to do is sleep there but not much else. The rooms were very clean though which was a bonus. I have to say that for what it is Horizon Inn is very well kept from the grounds to the rooms. Great wifi. The location itself is not too bad. It is relatively close to Harare CBD which is about 10 minutes walk. This is not an area to walk around at night or after the sun goes down. The closest intersection is very busy with both people (vendors) and vehicles so the mornings were very noisy. Not a chance for a sleep-in. The amount you pay and what you get really leaves a lot to be desired. But that is how Zimbabwe is currently set up - the USD is not really given its due respect so the pricing of some things is unrealistic and Horizon Inn is a perfect example. I learnt my lesson and the pricepoint is not reflective of what you would expect in terms of standard. Absolutely cannot fault the staff, they are the best thing about Horizon Inn. Very friendly and dependable. If you can spare a few extra $$$ I strongly suggest looking elsewhere."
