All the relatives decided to stay at the hotel after we had booked, so we brought A TON of business to that hotel because of US. One room needed to extend for one more night so we used the app to add another night. There was some glitch in the app, the payment went through twice, and the room ended up being double booked. We immediately informed the hotel manager and asked if he would help us out by refunding the double booking, and he flat out refused. Even after throughly explaining the situation, and telling him how many rooms in his hotel were filled because of us, and having that second room sit empty, he doubled down. The manager saved himself 5K rupees on one room only to lose thousands in future business from us. Stay at the Dennison. It’s much nicer. "
