- "Excellent ! R.A.S" - "super" - "Very friendly staff. I arrived the day after my reservation date, at 6:00 am. They still honored my reservation. I did have a good reason for the lateness. We were rerouted from Toulon to Montpellier because of the storm (always check weather!) and then back to Toulon in an 3 hours bus trip. Once back to the empty Toulon airport around 3 Am there were no shuttle, taxi or Uber. Walked 1 1/2 hour to the hotel using Google map (which is not easy when you lose wifi and do not have cell service). When I arrived at the hotel the receptionist saw my state of exhaustion and just gave me the key to go rest and asked to complete the formalities later. One important feature in my case is the 24 hours reception desk which is not as common in here like in the US. Also the place have quite a good choice of restaurants around at walking distance. We try "le people" and it was pretty good."

- "We loved everything about our stay here. The hotel is located about a 10 -15 min walk from the old part of the town so it was really easy to park and an easy walk in. Staff, without exception, were helpful, smiling and personable. The room was excellent - extremely comfortable bed, fantastic bathroom with very good shower and all immaculately clean. The real bonus for us was that breakfast was included every morning (buffet style with a good choice of food) and was served on the rooftop so you could sit outside on the terrace with views over the city, or inside in a really cool environment. The whole rooftop is open all day for tea, coffee etc and you can sit in comfort with your laptop (good wifi) to catch up on work or just to chill out. Newspapers, magazines and tv all available here plus big armchairs inside and great seating outside. There is also a bar and food if you are so inclined. Hyeres itself was a real find and we throughly enjoyed being there but the hotel was also one of the nicest we've stayed in especially given how reasonable it was. It has been very thoughtfully designed and we would thoroughly recommend."
