There was an issue getting hot water into the hot tub, but someone came up quickly to help and after some tinkering we had hot water. The restaurant is covered but open to the outside. For breakfast, there were 3 main options and several other things to self serve. We were satisfied. We didn't get to use the spa. Overall, FR Hotel gets a thumbs up from me. "
