First off, the location is simply stunning as the hotel is surrounded by massive mountains and also overlooks parts of Innsbruck. A grocery store and restaurants are an easy walk away. The parking is a little cramped, but there is second lot available around the corner. The only thing that was wrong was with my reservation through Expedia. Apparently Bon Alpina has not worked with Expedia for a couple years. I purchased and paid the entire room fee through Expedia as a bundle with my airfare. When I tried to check out, it took them quite awhile to confirm that I had paid ahead. I don't blame this on the hotel at all! Expedia apparently sold me the room through a third party booking agency. Bottom line, this is a wonderful hotel, but make your reservation directly through Bon Alpina. They'll take wonderful care of you."
