- "The location of the hotel is very nice because there are many shops and restaurants near the hotel and we can easily access to the old Korean village in 10 min walking. They can not supply breakfast. We have to take a breakfast near hotel." - "Although the hotel is clearly somewhat rundown, it is still a very good option for those visiting Jeonju, especially if the main interest is visiting Hanok Village or the more important historical points in the city. Rooms and hallways are kept very clean. Floors are heated. Each room has a small refrigerator. However, microwave use is only available in the lobby. The lobby decor is a ittle quirky and interesting. Unfortunately, it is also incredibly cold in winter. My room had 2 blown out lightbulbs, making it rather dim but still workable. The hotel sits in a large, busy shopping area. If your room faces the street, I suspect it can be loud if the window is open. It is very close to a post office. Handy if you bought too much stuff and have overweight luggage. Taxis regularly pass close to the hotel. It's possible to walk to Hanok Village, the only extant city gate, the Catholic Cathedral and other historic sites (takes about 15 minutes). Staff are friendly and helpful, but they have little english vocabulary, be prepared to make use of your favorite translating software on your phone."

Our room was pretty big, but felt a bit empty. It had a big bathroom, but the toilet cubicle was too small to be comfortable. The shower was good, but the cubicle floor was polished marble (slippy when wet) and didn’t drain well. The damp meant there was a minor problem with small insects. There was a jacuzzi bath tub, but that left very little space to stand in front of one of the two washbasins. The electronic light switches are annoying. The breakfast was a very basic buffet, with only coffee as a hot drink option. They offer breakfast to attract online bookings away from hotels that don't offer it or charge extra for breakfast."

- "Very convenient location. Small boutique hotel, run by a small team of staff who have to multi task, but this is also what made the hotel much more personal experience. Staff spoke minimal English but this did not stop them trying to help, excellent serevice. - "FYI! The hotel was apparently renovated recently which is a good thing but it was just ok. My wife and I were visiting friends on our way home from a business trip and decided to spend a couple nights in Jeonju. I made the reservation on Hotels.com because the pictures looked good. I booked a standard (Netflix) double bed room. When we arrived I went to the check-in desk and found a tiny window surrounded by black walls. The window is about waist high. Check in was easier than every other hotel we have stayed at in S. Korea and it felt like perhaps the hotel doesn't want to see who is checking in. They also gave a "gift bag" that had several hygiene type items but also included 2 "male prophylactics". This only increased my suspicions that the hotel is not intended for long term/family stays. We got to the room and found it was clean. It had toothpaste on the sink like a previous guest forgot it and a bar of soap in the shower. It is apparently for everybody to use since it was there after they cleaned the room for the second day of our stay. Yuck! The bed was VERY hard which is a typical bed in Asia. The towels are more like hand towels and not bath size. There was no remote for the air con so the only way to use it was to plug it in or unplug it. The parking garage is small but ok. The area nearby has many night time activities so the noise level was a bit more than expected. With all the windows closed we could block most of the light & noise. "
