- "terrible check-in, I booked 2 economy rooms, and the staff tried to give me one economy condo stating that this is equal to two rooms, I refused, and then they gave me rooms without AC, then I pointed out to them it cleared say in the website that there is AC, finally they gave me 2 rooms, the bathroom is tiny, the toilet seat is literally attached to the shower wall on the left side, you can not sit properly on it, the elevator was not working, I tried to cancel the reservation, unfortunately, was nonrefundable, I tried to upgrade to the economy condo they asked higher rate than what is listed, so I decided to continue in the same rooms, then they asked me for extra money, I refused, they refused to clean my room in the last day this is my worst hotel stay ever. On the other hand, it is in great location"
