- "I travel a lot and this was the best stay I’ve had in years - maybe ever. Everything about the hotel was perfect. The views couldn’t be better; the location was perfect; the town is a charming jewel in the Dolomites. Every detail was thought through and organized. The dinners were some of the best I’ve ever had and breakfasts were fantastic. Most importantly, the staff made me feel like I was staying with friends. Starting with Katya who had good humor, was always positive and upbeat; but who also made sure everything functioned well. She provided great advice on hikes which was helpful when the weather wasn’t. She’s a perfect manager - super friendly and upbeat; but super competent. She hired a good staff who were also friendly yet competent. Olga was always warm and friendly; the restaurant staff of Natalia and Simone were friendly and upbeat and efficient. Although I never met the chef, every dinner was creative, tasted great, was healthy and aesthetically presented. Whoever did the interior design and architecture did a fantastic job too. There was incredible attention to detail which I appreciate. Anyway - the whole experience was great and I actually felt sad having to leave. I’ll be back! "
