The breakfast buffet was very good and had lots of options. I especially liked the avacado toast which can be ordered (at no charge) from the Ala carte menu. Depending on the time of day, parking can be a huge hassle. There is a large parking lot behind the hotel but if you try parking in the afternoon, it can be VERY challenging to find a space due to its location downtown and it being next to the shopping mall. The hotel has valet service available but you may have to wait quite a bit to have your car brought to you if there are others in front of you as we experienced. Hotels.com states "some free mini-bar items" but other than two bottles of water and some coffee pods/tea bags, there was no mini bar. We liked that our room had two bathrooms but the clear glass door to the main bathroom with a direct view into the shower was an odd design choice. Anyone walking by (such as a child) can easily see into the bathroom while one is showering. The private changing room was a nice feature in this room type. A softer mattress wouldve been more preferable but was not overly uncomfortable. All in all, we had a really great stay. "

- "Im sorry to say this because I dont like leaving bad reviews; however this stay was not good. My first night I had the noisiest room possible. It was right on the highway amd across from the train station. The sound proofing in this building is not good and all I heard all night was cars flying by and a constant beeping sound from the train station. Furthermore, the curtain didnt completely cover the window, so every time a car would go by I would see the lights travel through my room, and there was also a smoke detector that would blink every minute. It was like getting flashed all throughout the night. They moved me to another room the following day. It was a little better. But same smoke detector issue. I ended up covering it with stickers. Then there was the issue with construction. They begin very loud construction on their hotel at 8 am. So if you wanted to rest and sleep in, forget about it. The whole hotel shakes when they are hammering away. Other things of note: the breakfast was paltry and not worth the extra fee. Basically just eggs, some turkish delights, cheeses, and a few finger vegetables. The coffee is instant. It was like a table of appetizers. I have been to many Hotels in Turkey, this was by far the smallest selection I have ever seen. If you need to spend one night. And your sleep can be from between 1 am to 8 am, plus you have a room away from the highway, you may be okay, or if you can sleep through everything. Overall, this place is not worth it."

It was wonderful to wake up and to be across the street from the ski slopes. It had the feeling of the older ski lodges in the American west. Simple with hot showers and hearty food. I took advantage of the area behind the hotel for walks in the early evening. The food service staff was efficient and kind. I enjoyed their generous dinner service that was included in the room rental price. There were always enough options for meat or vegetarian options, and many cold salads, and a table of deserts. It was great to take ski lessons and then return to a nice warm meal right across the street. I took advantage of the spa that is located on property, enjoying a massage and Turkish Hammam experience. Hotel management and front desk employees were always happy to help with organizing transportation. I did not realize that they had a free ski shuttle to take you to the different slopes (another ski location opened during my stay.) This free transportation allows you to rent your equipment right at the hotel, making for an even more comfortable experience."
