Staff were all very friendly but restaurant wait staff were a little too forgetful, or maybe they didn't have the usual managers working due to Easter period? But needing to remind them about drinks and food made our meal with young kids a little more difficult and they were getting understandably restless. The hotel overall looks great, looked clean and had we a different room we'd have likely enjoyed our stay much more. "
