- "I did not realise that there are two hotels joined together here Marine and Ultra Marine. We were able to visit a bedroom in the Marine and the decor and furnishings were much better. Many balcony , if not all, faced north so no sun at all." - "1-At the reception desk nobody could speak English. 2-The lift is reached after an 11 steps stair. 3-The room has not enough curtains. - "Over all. Okay. Cleaning was not ok, and one day they did not make up our room. Parking is a mess, no free places at the hotel and outside hotel you have to pay in cash. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Kolobrzeg - but this is not a major issue in a small town. Walking distance from the beach" - "We came to Baltic Plaza all the way from Berlin for a spa weekend. On the night of our arrival, the hostess told us there were many free slots for massage appointments and that we shouldn't worry about it. The next day, we went to book the massages and got told that there were no free slots for the whole weekend as a large group had booked everything. No alternative were suggested to us and we had to find another solution in another locatin to try to enjoy our spa weekend. The room was not at the lever of a 4-star, not so many equipments, seemed old and the carpet nor clean. Morevoer, the personal forgot to charge us for the dinner when checking out so kept on calling me and asking for my bank details. The experience was very poor, I guess it is what ou get for the price but I am not sure we could call it a 4-star hotel. The personal also barely speaks English which makes it difficult when struggling with the room, the spa, the check-in or check-out. I don't want to blame the personal, they did what they could but we still couldn't enjoy our holidays, Very disappointing and we were never accomodated for all the issues we encountered. "

- "We stayed three days at zielona terrasy. The reception was five minutes away from the apartment and it was almost impossible to park there when we should check in. When we arrivet to the apartment there were no towels and bedlinen there. We had to call several times before we got an answer. Later in the evening we got a plasticbox with towels and linen and had to make the bed by ourselves. The spa is not at the appartment. Its 5 minutes away but it is nice. The appartment is not updatet and the bed was bad. I could not recommend this appartment. "

The room we got looked beautiful but stank of cigarettes. We called reception, who immediately gave us an even bigger room, no discussion. Big points there. The reason why I'm not giving it 5 stars is because although the staff is nice, they still need to learn a bit, for ex: our room never got cleaned even though we left the sign for "clean up our room" outside. We needed to call reception to get the room cleaned and not all amenities such as coffee or soap were replenished. Although the room was modern, our shower leaked a lot and made the bathroom rather messy with every shower. Our safe was initially locked open, so we needed to call engineering to reset it. So all small little things that make it a bit less than perfect but still a very good place. 20 zloty (roughly 5eur per night )for parking was acceptable but the 60 they seem to charge during high season is just ridiculous. The food was a big plus at the hotel. A very comprehensive breakfast buffet with a bit of everything you can imagine. That was really really good. There they get 5 stars and more. Big question is, would I stay there again? Definitely YES!"
