- "I did not realise that there are two hotels joined together here Marine and Ultra Marine. We were able to visit a bedroom in the Marine and the decor and furnishings were much better. Many balcony , if not all, faced north so no sun at all." - "1-At the reception desk nobody could speak English. 2-The lift is reached after an 11 steps stair. 3-The room has not enough curtains. And it's the shortest night in the year... At 4.30 am we could easily read in the room without turning any light on. 4-there was a constant fan noise all night long. - "Over all. Okay. Cleaning was not ok, and one day they did not make up our room. Parking is a mess, no free places at the hotel and outside hotel you have to pay in cash. - "Stayed for business - loved the spacious rooms (40 sq. meters in a standard room), wi-fi and a breakfast buffet. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Kolobrzeg - but this is not a major issue in a small town. Walking distance from the beach" - "We came to Baltic Plaza all the way from Berlin for a spa weekend. On the night of our arrival, the hostess told us there were many free slots for massage appointments and that we shouldn't worry about it. The next day, we went to book the massages and got told that there were no free slots for the whole weekend as a large group had booked everything. No alternative were suggested to us and we had to find another solution in another locatin to try to enjoy our spa weekend. The room was not at the lever of a 4-star, not so many equipments, seemed old and the carpet nor clean. Morevoer, the personal forgot to charge us for the dinner when checking out so kept on calling me and asking for my bank details. The experience was very poor, I guess it is what ou get for the price but I am not sure we could call it a 4-star hotel. The personal also barely speaks English which makes it difficult when struggling with the room, the spa, the check-in or check-out. I don't want to blame the personal, they did what they could but we still couldn't enjoy our holidays, Very disappointing and we were never accomodated for all the issues we encountered. "
