- "This hotel has been my regular place for myself and my family to relax whenever we make a trip for Genting Highlands. Their services and attitude has always been one of the best experience. They are very willing to accommodate to your needs. But sadly the dining options is very limited and I’d love to have the cigar lounge back. Although not many will be going but I do think having that as an option will be fantastic. Also I do hope that the wild monkeys are plan to be dealt with as they impose danger to young kids or infant. As they are not friendly and may intrude your rooms to take whatever they want to. But the place is just a perfect place. I’d love to get back there when Theo presidential suite is ready. "

- "Enjoyed out 3D2N stay at Mangala. The resort manager granted us a discount to upgrade to the Vana pool villa which was available at that time. Great villa to stay in. Very quiet and private, and enjoyed the pool and outdoor shower the most. Staff at the resort were attentive and helpful at all times. Overall a very positive experience. " - "We got the Vana villa with pool, after a mix up which gave us the garden view albeit with a small upgrade charge. Reasonable and worthwhile. The place was serene and peaceful. The villa was clean and neat. Bath tub was a bit problematic, only used once and was clogged. The pool within the villa was used the most. The whole resort was clean, if you stroll by the villas, you can note a very tightly run ship with regards to cleaning and maintenance. Food was outstanding. We did not leave the villa for all 4 days and can say I have tried every single item on the menu. Thai Fried Rice is the ultimate go to for us. Shout out to Pesto Penne as well. Bicycles were available for rental and we basically took that and cycled around the plantations. Cons: Nature walk was a not a walk. We should have checked with the guide how far the distance would be. Basically wasted 1 hour in that activity. "

- "We booked the room upon arriving in Kuantan. The building's exterior, along with the dated mall beside to it, didn't make it our first choice for a hotel. Additionally, the place seemed to have a strong religious tone, which reminded me of a past news of a religious institution raided a hotel, asking elderly couples for proof of marriage. Despite our reservations, we decided to give it a try since our preferred hotel was fully booked. To our surprise, the stay turned out to be pleasant, especially due to the friendly staff. - "Would definitely recommend this property to those seeking a place to just relax and do nothing! Thats all we did! We stayed in the 2 bedroom beachfront villa with the pool and its all yours day and night. We went on a weekday, low season, but the bfast was still suprisingly good, instead of a buffet, you can order whatever bfast menus tht they have. Good experience overall but the room could use those full length mirror that other hotels tend to have cause its hard to get ready when theres people inside the bathroom. Other than tht, excellent!"
