I found the staff to be very polite and helpful and they happily go the extra mile without the expectation of a tip. The hotel itself is situated next to Victory Square and other key visiting sights are walkable or a short taxi ride away. (BTW taxis are relatively cheap - can travel 5 or so miles for £3-4). I found the hotel clean with reasonably good facilities - enjoyed the free access to the outdoor pool, sauna, steam room and the jacuzzi after a day of shopping or sight seeing. One particular useful feature in my room was the "Jack & Jill" wardrobe - can get access from both the bathroom and from the room - so no need to take clothes to wear to the bathroom. Food was great, breakfast was the best but the eggs were a bit overcooked i guess they do not know how to cook over medium everything was hard fried LOL! Room was very clean was there for a week and never had any troubles with the cleaning crew. Had a great view of the country from the balcony viewing the mountains what a site. Security was great felt very safe. The price was a bit high for a country that almost everything was so cheap. Only flaw i saw was there was construction behind the building kinda of a eye soar.
