After the airline lost my luggage, the hotel owner provided toiletries and washed my clothes overnight, and helped track down my suitcase when it was taking longer than it should for delivery. He would not accept additional money for these services. I haven’t encountered such service even at five star hotels elsewhere in Europe! Only good thing about this place is that it was near Super U where we had a nice petit dejeuner, and there was a Cave du vin round the corner that was open till 8pm, great drinks and great local company. We would not stay in a Fasthotel again. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere decent."
