The beds are very comfortable and the linens so luxurious. My only complaint is that the dining options are so limited. The restaurant is amazing but you don’t want haute cuisine every night. There are no other optionsi the area except for a take out pizza place. Both us and the people in the room next to us chose to bring in pizza (the only option). Renovated in 2021 this former mansion has been tastefully decorated. Within easy reach of the N7 situated within a commercial area this hotel has ample parking suitable for motorbikes. The whole hotel was very clean and tidy. There is a indoor pool helpful to relax after a long day on the road. Rooms are large with plenty of space for bike paraphernalia. Restaurant attached provides lovely food and drinks and seems very popular with the locals even on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings ,as it was busy a good sign of the quality of the food.There is a bus right outside the hotel which takes you into Avingon for sightseeing. What really makes this hotel special is the attention to detail and the attentive and helpful staff. Everyone we met was pleasant and keen to help, a speacial thank you to both ladies on reception for all their help."

- "I made the payment through the website (agoda.com). However, they told me that I had not been paid when I checked in. After waiting for a while, they solved the problem. However, it was both a waste of time and a demoralizing situation. - "Expedia website completely messed up the pricing. The 46 euro room I'd agreed to on the english site on the last click, came out as a 153 euro demi pension (the french website) charge on my credit card. Trying to undo it through expedia proved a waste - never talked to a live person - ended up an unpleasant negotiation with the hotel owner in French paying 74 E for a 46 E room. Place was adaquate. This was a complete lack of service on part of expedia even though I clicked the correct options."

- "The hotel is more like a motel. Clean enough and has a breakfast room. Nothing special at all but for the price it was just what we needed. There was no small fridge in room which would be great to keep snacks and water cold and there was only one iron for the entire hotel. But the staff were accommodating, helpful and friendly. The location was near enough to Avignon and an easy drive to Nimes as well. Certain nearby restaurants gave a 10-15 % discount if you let them know you're staying at this hotel. The mall nearby with a grocery store was great to pick up cold water for the day since there was no fridge. It also had a great cafe-Paul's for delicious croissant and a cafe each morning- if not eating at the hotel. Overall for an economical option it was good. It was good as a place to just wash up and sleep and be gone adventuring for most of the day."
