- "Thanks" - "We booked this hotel for the parking and it being outside of Madrid so I would not have to drive into Madrid itself. It was a 5 minute walk to rail station (very easy access to Madrid)and 10 minute to Getafe centre. It had basic facilities in reception bar etc but room although small was beautiful. If I could have got the bed quilt and pillow in my case I would have!! 24 hr free coffee facility in cafe area a nice touch. It was quite industrial outside but as we were only sleeping there (which we done very well)! It was ideal for what we needed."

- "Nice location close to the mall and shopping is easy with many restaurants available " - "Clean and like new" - "Hotel was chosen due to its good location with respect on MadCool Festival. Clerk at counter recognized this at the check-in and offered us an inside room which has no window to the exterior but it was super super calm which helped us to recover during the day and allowed a sufficient sleeping experience. Bedroom and bathroom were comfortably big. Interior style old-fashioned but at least focus was laid on the festival and not on hotel comfort. Once we decide to attend MadCool again we will chose this spot for sure."

- "Not too far from renfe train station. Takes around 30 minutes to reach the city centre. Overall good. No AC till June 1st. Thankfully it was not that hot when we stayed early May. No refrigerator, safe not working during our stay ( they did send technician on first day but he can not fix the problem). The noise from the train track early in the morning may bother some people. We just closed the windows and turn on the AC to minimize the decibel level. I will go back to Hotel Las Provonvias without hesitation. Just wishing they have an ice machine in the lobby :)"

- "Nice hotel catering for students but rather basic. Good location for access to metro but long way out of madrid" - "I stayed for 16 nights on a business trip. Having access to a laundry facility was a huge plus. Unfortunately, this was the only good thing about this place. The hotel displayed a 3-star rating at the entrance but falls short of many requirements for this rating: - The room is cleaned only once a week. - Some staff do not speak English. - Cleaning staff are not present on weekends. On my first night (which falls on a weekend), I spotted a cockroach in my room and killed it. I then requested staff to remove the cockroach, but was told that cleaning staff were not on-site. Subsequently, the ants took care of the cockroach for me. Midway through my 1st week, my door handle fell off. Fortunately, a member of staff fixed it the following day. On my last 3 nights, the air conditioning broke down in the middle of June. The room got very hot at night. The gym has no air conditioning or ventilation. The hotel is also double-used as a student accommodation. Many fellow residents are therefore very loud. Given the affordable price, I would have been happy staying here if these shortcomings were communicated first-hand. The 3-star rating is therefore misleading. I might have to stay here again in the future due to the hotel's proximity to where I work. Therefore, I hope the listed issues can be fixed."
