Jacques is being great with me, very understanding and patient, and sorted through my needs on arrival, but is not fluent in English so it took time, which Jacques allowed. I arrived slightly early. Jacques was fine. Milk isn't in the room for brews - but I asked and Jacques offered to provide. Gap initially is a bit soulless, but look around and you can find what you hope for. It does need looking for though. Room 22 was big, clean, well appointed and accessible next to the elevator. The shower is big and walk in, so very accessible. but although other part of the room was spacious, the toilet cubicle is a little squeezed. There is a kettle. And a fridge and the room didn't overheat. If you need a safe, don't ask the word "safe". I keep making that mistake."
