- "Very nice hotel but the staff need more training regarding customer service. That have not cleaned or changed the towels after first day! It’s a 5*hotel and should be done daily! The front desk ladies didn’t informed us about the WiFi password, breakfast and lunch time or to call when the room was ready for check in. I don’t know his name but he was there all day and his service was fantasic! Farmers market and restaurants in walking distance. If I have to be in that area, I would choose that hotel again. Otherwise I would not pick the Romanian Black Sea coast again, or would wait 10-20 years. They have still so much catching up to do. "
