- "The hotel was in boonies. It is not meant for family. It is basically a truck stop where drivers will stay. No one was at the reception for over an hr. No one had out booking. Luckily my driver spoke to one of the guys on the telephone and managed a room for us. There were a couple of guys who hi o helped us with dinner and breakfast in the Morning. Kudos to the guys. But no one had our reservation. There was one room which we all fit in - 4 adults. Bad service from Hotels.com reservation end.
