- "The only good thing about this hotel is its location. It’s perfectly situated close to all the major landmarks in the city, making sightseeing very convenient. However, the biggest issue is transportation. No vehicles are allowed in the area, so you have to walk at least 700–800 meters with your luggage. This was especially difficult in the extreme heat (44°C) and with a child. It was a very uncomfortable and exhausting experience. The room itself was extremely small—comparable to a matchbox. While the hotel does have an in-house restaurant, the food was just okay, nothing special. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for comfort or ease of access. It might suit solo travelers who are okay with walking and don’t mind compact rooms, but for families or anyone with mobility concerns, this place is not ideal."

- "Location is very close the the temple. Difficult to get to during crowded days " - "Location in google map is not correct. Location is good but little bit noizy. " - "Stayed two nights in January 2017. The hotel is located along a busy road not too far from the ghats and comprises three floors of a larger building. The hotel seemed to be more geared towards domestic business travelers than international honeymooners. The building was easy to find and the room itself was cozy, but with quirks. The washroom/wet room didn't drain well and there was no squeegee to direct the water toward the drains after a shower. A quick phone call to the desk and the staff came to quickly sort this out. The A/C in the room didn't work unless you held down the button, but luckily it wasn't too hot given the time of year. The food was delicious but we were brought incorrect items twice and one of the restaurant staff on the phone didn't seem familiar with the term "room service" and sent someone to clean when we tried to order lunch. They didn't have naan until dinner time and a few other menu items were unavailable at certain times of day or entirely. Eating in the restaurant itself, the staff sat and stared at us while we ate, but again the food was very tasty. The staff were very helpful with directions in the local area. A morning boat ride along the Ganges was easily organized as there was someone there at 6am to walk us down to the ghats. There was construction above us and down the hall, which was frustrating at times, but we would be interested to see how the building looks once the renovations are completed. Air quality in Varanasi is awful."
