- "While the place is nice at first glance, it could use a few improvements. Pros: It's spacious and has a good kitchen, with a nice little balcony, and the neighborhood is safe & quiet. Cons: First, the location is wrong on google maps & hotels.com, so be aware it is not as close to the city center as you think if you're searching there. It was another 5-10-ish min walk farther than the location provided, which was fine for us, but if you aren't into walking take that into consideration. Once we figured out the correct address, the check-in was simple and a rep met us to show us in. The apartment is cute and nicely decorated, like the pics show, however it could use a more thorough cleaning service between guests. The bed / bathroom was clean which was mattered to us, but the cleaning service obviously did a perfunctory job. For example, I did yoga in the mornings and when I was on the floor in the living room I found hairs & dust on the floor, and trash under the TV stand. I think I would still have given 4 stars, but the bed was one of the least comfortable beds I've slept in for years, since the hosteling days of my 20s. We could feel all the metal springs through the thin mattress, and had a very hard time sleeping here. They either need a better mattress, ideally, or a thick mattress pad to temporarily alleviate the problem. Overall, this apartment has potential but needs a little more investment to make it comfy and worth 5 stars. "
