The bed was ok apart from the awful pillows (which you will find in most German hotels sadly) which are big, floppy and offer no support to your head. The bathroom was clean. The hill up to the hotel is very steep if youre walking. Hard work with a heavy suitcase, especially on the cobbles! Surrounding area nice. Near to the old town with the beautiful castle and churches. Staff were nice. They spoke English and booked a taxi for me. Breakfast was good. Very quiet when I went. Door handle came off. Coffee maker ran out of water and it was not refilled in common area 1/2 the time. Although plenty of coffee, cream and sugar were put out. Hotel is in a shopping strip with a grocery store right across the street that you can easily walk to. There is 20 steps and no elevators to get to the most rooms. "
