Wish the hotel will put a little more effort into the pool area, like more loungers and table’s with shade for dining. Bar service at the loungers? Oh, and clean those loungers!!! Beach view and access is blocked unnecessarily from pool area too. But the staff is amazing, and Saipan’s charns make everything all right!"

We had a early morning flight to catch which was 8 hours before check out, and the manager waived the room the last room fee so that we wouldn’t pay just be there for a few hours. - "Booked last minute and was immediately given instructions to check in. The hotel is more a self service but that’s exactly what I needed for my diving lesson. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is phenomenal, central of all the restaurants and walks from the beach. We couldn't connect to the wifi most of our stay. The beds were hard as rocks. We couldn't watch the T.V cause it was not available in english even after they changed the T.V. we still had problems with it. There was no phone in our room which made it hard to ask for help. The front desk was always closed which made it everything even harder. I would not recommend this place to anyone going to Saipan. However we were grateful for two of the staffs there namely Peter and Alan who were able to come to the hotel and assist us during the late hours when we had problems in our rooms."
