The restaurant Le Sevran is really excellent for an in hotel restaurant. I usually find them mediocre but man this chef and culinary team work wonders! They offer lamb, fresh fish and even their poke bowl is pretty decent given we are 1,000s of miles from Hawaii. There are mostly business travelers so there’s no tourists and party people. It’s very tranquil and calm facility. Tip: Have your transportation arranged ahead of your stay. We arrived on Sunday so couldn’t get our rental car. Uber and Bolt is really tough to summon in the early morning and late in the evening. "
