Rooms were excellent I booked delux king bed very happy with room every component was very high standard super fast wi fi and excellent Tv with a perfect view of the grounds. 24 hour gym and outdoor and indoor pools were very good really enjoyed relaxing 😎 Location was little out the way however we had transport so were able to move around to national park zoo etc all within 30-40 min drive so highly recommend u have own transport no motorbikes/cars to rent at hotel Restaurants food was amazing not a great deal options on menu but what is on menu was very highly quality and the breakfast buffet was superb caters for all nationalities. 18 hole golf course I didn’t try but provided with caddy and clubs if needed a lot of persons attending the course and is kept to very good standard. While there was a happy hour with a "buy one, get one free" certain alcoholic drink offer, it seemed to only apply to juice, which was disappointing. The room itself had issues with drainage, and in the middle of the night, we ran out of toilet paper. Unfortunately, there were no spare rolls available, which was inconvenient. The room also lacked sufficient trash cans. On a positive note, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. However, in our opinion, the overall experience did not justify the high prices for the facilities offered. Based on this experience, we have decided not to book this hotel for future stays. "

There were empty toiletry boxes from the last guess and their leftover snack remnants in the fridge. Staff was also just okay. I told them about the toiletry situation and they never addressed it. Overall it was hard to communicate with them, but that is also partly on me because I do not speak Thai. The breakfast food is extremely bland. There is also no way to lock your doors from the inside so your doors are unlocked when you are asleep. "

- "Whilst the property was ok there were a few issues. We werent informed that the villa we booked was 3 separate bedrooms with 3 separate entrances (not connected inside). Given we have 2 young children, this made things difficult. A conference party on the first night was also very loud until 11.15pm, which isnt too late, but it would have been nice to be informed after booking (the noise disturbed our kids). The bar didnt open until 6.30pm so it was difficult to have a drink by the pool before going out for dinner. Friendly staff though and great location, with a micro brewery down the road. "

- "First impressions weren't great, but it did turn out to be a good place to stay and a convenient base to explore Khao Yai. Arriving late at Pak Chong, there are no more songthaews after around 6pm. I tried calling the hotel a few times to ask advice on how to get there, but there was no answer, so the options to get to the hotel were either pay a lot of money for a private ride, or hitchhike. Arriving at the hotel, due to the language barrier I had trouble getting any information from the staff about how to explore Khao Yai national park, but was able to speak with the manager later on who was more helpful, explaining the local buses. The room is a basic cabin with fridge, tv, and stereo, and a sitting area outside, but a bit of a weak wifi signal. There aren't many outlets in the room, so I ended up unplugging the tv to charge my phone. My first shower was cold, I think I'd gotten up too early in the morning. I noticed the staff fire up burners to supply the hot water and after that it wasn't an issue. The breakfast was decent with ham and eggs. Dining options in the area are scarce if you're looking for something outside of the hotel."
