- "Very nice staff! A quick alternative provided when a small issue arose! Was quickly solved. One big caveat: If you have difficulty with stairs, this is unfortunately not the place for you, because you need to use stairs to get to any room from the front or back doors of the building, AND you need to climb stairs to reach the bathroom inside your loft suite, even if you're sleeping in the downstairs bed. (At least that was the case for our room.) The public parking lot at the back of the building has several Chargepoint electric vehicle charging spots, though you need to pay for parking to use them (except on Sunday). The parking that's included with the room is across Ontario St. underground, and you are given a garage door clicker to get in and out (bring your room key to get into the pedestrian door from the street). If you are prone to "waking up with the sun", be aware that there are no room-darkening blinds to close on the large translucent window panels. "
