The restaurant food was good. Handy for visiting Turin." - "The hotel is in need of a major refresh. The room was just "OK". The bed and pillow was unbearable and I found it hard to sleep. Stiff neck and sore back for most of the trip. The restaurant service and food were good, but it needs a refresh -- new curtains, the floor needs a redo, the ceiling shows signs of water damage. If I'd choose one thing they would fix, it is better mattress and pillows!"

- "No wifi available, otherwise good" - "No WiFi or air conditioning. The exterior was in a great state of disrepair as was some parts of the interior. There was an overgrown yard for parking. The hotel smelled funky the entire time I was there. I was given an unrenovated room which, more importantly, had mosquitos, ants and other creepy crawlers. I was very deceived by the booking as well as other reviewers. I was so uncomfortable I hardly slept and could not wait to get out of there. The front desk clerk was apologetic but seemed to have an excuse for all of the issues I raised. "
