The personal is very nice and they are doing their best to communicate and help. There are no surroundings. Need a taxi to anywhere. The pool needs to be cleaned. - "Near the duty free." - "This is a great hotel! Although it is located in the jungle, the falls and restaurants in town are just a short taxi ride away. The bed is the most comfortable that I have slept in in a long time. I was pleasantly surprised that the bathroom now looks different from the pictures and has an actual door. Breakfast is good, however I would recommend taking a taxi into town for dinner, as dinner at the hotel is overpriced and not very good."
