- "We came for a week of rest and found it here. Service was courteous and we especially enjoyed getting to know some of the waitstaff whom were more interactive with us and our dog. Very pet friendly hotel! The views were spectacular as we were able to enjoy a beautiful winter snowscape and as the weather warmed, we saw peeks of green and the beautiful color of the lake. The weekend was reasonably busy but the hotel wasn't full so the sauna & steam rooms were freely available. One evening during the week I had the entire spa area to myself. The pool was warm & the hot tub sociable. The spread at breakfast was amazing, including a juice extractor so that you could prepare your own freshly squeezed orange or veg/fruit juices. - "The entire hotel staff are very gracious, professional, and accommodating...made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The hotel offers free parking on the premises. Check-in went smoothly and we were offered a nice beverage upon arrival. The room is spacious and very clean with many of the necessary amenities. The view from the room is spectacular and the area around the hotel very quiet. The breakfasts offered many different options, and the dinners were truly exquisite, prepared nightly by the owner's son, a junior chef...all at an affordable price. The hotel offers a beautiful wellness center and stunning views of the mountains while relaxing after a trip to the sauna or steam room. Be prepared though as it's their custom to elect not to wear towels or bathrobes in that part of the wellness area. Check-out went smoothly as well, and they even gave us a parting gift...very nice gesture. As for any downside, there is no coffee preparation area and no personal refrigerator in the room. Lastly, the Warth area is really for skiers and although we don't ski, we booked the hotel anyways. We had a great time relaxing, walking/hiking trails, snow sledding, and taking in all the beauty that is Austria. Note: ski lessons are available, but we decided to stay grounded...lol. - "The 4star rating must be a mistake even though we a lot per night to stay at the hotel. 1.We had a neighbour who watched tv at 11pm so loud that we could every word like it was in our room. Went to the reception but there was nobody on duty. Wentbto knock on the neighbour's door without any success.. not a nice experience when you waht to sleep. 2. The bathroom in the standard double room was extremely small and the shower would have been a perfect fit for a motel next to a highway. For a "4 star" hotel was it VERY DISSAPOINTING. 3. Upon check in did we jot receive any info of where the wellness area in the hotel is or anything about the area. 4. Dinners were over priced. My and myself went to another 4 star hirel and paid for the 2 of us what our hotel charge pp. 6. The curtains in the room was in a shocking state, the one were half connected to the rail and the other half were just hanging loose. Quite a problem when the ski pist is floor level and only 50m away from the window. 7. The staff at breakfast were friendly and helpfull. Extremely disappointed in the hotel and am very unhappy about the value for money ratio. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THE HOTEL TO ANYBODY EVER! "

- "A lovely welcoming hotel. Staff were amazing and helpful. Easy parking with big parking space in front of hotel. Ski bus operated by the hotel twice in the morning but the public ski bus is right in front of the hotel as well. Driving to the nearest ski area (Warth) was easy 12-15 minutes and at the Jägeralp skilift there was plenty of parking. The road between Warth and Lech is closed (not sure if it is a permanent thing for winters, but that means that Lech/Oberlech can only be reached by skis). Would be amazing for the Warth side of the mountain if the road was open to traffic in winters too. The food (we had half board) at the hotel is fantastic. It is fresh and varied. Fantastic pizza as well. Breakfast is equally fantastic with 'made to order' cooked breakfast as well as well stocked buffet. The room was big and airy with a very comfortable bed. All in all a superb stay. The ski area here is fantastic. Many many options for all level of skiiers. "
