Room was cleaned everyday to a high standard, the view from the balcony was fantastic and the hotel itself is literally 2 steps from the beach. They also have a sea water pool between the hotel and the beach which makes the experience extra special in days where the sea might be a bit too wavy. San Bartolomeo al Mare is a quiet and chill town, which is exactly what we needed. Everything is near by, lots of restaurants right next to the hotel as well as gelaterias, little grocery store and roughly 15 mins walk from the town of Cervo. Overall a great experience and I will be definitely coming back next year to Hotel Mayola. Great place, great location and very friendly staff. However, the room itself was pretty small. If you have light sleep, then you would have trouble sleeping since noises or voices of next-door rooms could be heard all time.
