The breakfast buffet was decent and all the front-of-the-house staff was courteous and friendly as well as the housekeeping. Also, if you would like to request fried eggs for breakfast, they'll be happy to do it for you. Just a little bit of downside though when it comes to ordering dinner meals because it does take time for the kitchen staff to get it done especially when they are servicing an event. Other than that, the food was tasty. The hotel's location is in proximity to all of the major malls in town mainly SM mall and has very easy access to tricycles. Overall, Avior hotel is of a superior degree of excellence when it comes to customer service, safety, health, and security which is crucial for every guest. Breakfast was included and they chexked with me the night before for slelection but there are other food choices if you decided to dine elsewhere. ANY newd I had or concern, which there were few, were immediately addressed and accomodated. After staying in my share of hotels, THIS is thebone I will revisit the next time I am in General Santos City, Philippines. This hotel is located.within a block of the citt center park which is a great place to walk or jog, especially at night. It is totally safe, as is the hotel. Being from Dallas, Inwas surprised to see that literally feet from the hotel, there is an authentic Texas Barbecue eatery with smokers and all. All in all, thisnwas well worth my money and I was very comfortable here."

Upon check in I asked for a room change but that was not possible and a dog barked in front of my window all night and morning, this dog is actually part of the family so they put the dog in fron tof the window of the only paying guest. That room had some other negatives like an airco above the bed and a cockroach in the bathroom. Transferred to a slightly more expensive room next morning, quiet with a well placed airco, I could stay in that room forever. The girls on duty are capable and social. The design is stylish. WIFI is the best in the Philippines"

There's just a little walk to many markets, for you to cook your own meals in the room, and the hotel will accommodate you with anything you may need in preparing your meal. Wi-Fi is sometimes a little sketchy, but if you have to call home just go outside the office and you'll pick it back up. Also, a lot of phone services from America won't work in the Philippines, so wifi is your only source for calling home, go to settings and turn on wifi calling and you'll be just fine throughout Antonies. Overall, a perfect place for couples with an apartment feel and you'll be fine. One more thing, if you're staying over a week, for groceries, go to MCC, not SM."

One problem was, even though on the 4th floor, we were situated on the corner of the building overlooking residential property where the local dogs seemed to have a "Bark-Off" at 5am every morning. While the hotel cannot really control this it does have an impact on the stay and coming from the UK where noise pollution is taken seriously, it did have a negative effect. Hotel itself had a nice busy feel about it with regular events taking place in the conference rooms on the ground floor and the garden well away from guest rooms. Dining is good with quite a big menu and cooked to choice. All the staff were always helpful and friendly (especially "Faith") without being overbearing and English ability from adequate to very good."

- "Close to shopping mall." - "Jeamco is a very good value budget hotel. I rented a 'Deluxe' room for a few nights via an app and on arrival check-in was easy. There are stairs & a lift. My room was quite small, with a double bed, side table, coffee table, air-con & TV. The bedside table had the light switch & two powerpoints. Free wifi available. The bathroom, however, was quite spacious. Towels, some soap & shampoo provided. Big basin with mirror, nice toilet with bidet accessory & shower with nice, hot water. Everything was exceptionally clean. I watched housekeeping clean a room floor on one occasion & they were very thorough. The hotel is very well located opposite Gaisano Mall, with KCC Mall another 100 meters or so away. SM Mall & Robinson's are close by, and also a bank & 7-Eleven.Lots of tricycles outside for easy transport. Very friendly staff. They have a fridge with drinks available & snacks. Worth noting there are other rooms that are more spacious, with a view to the street, at a higher price point. I would stay again."
