We’ll be back next year." - "Arrived early 8am, and our room wasn't ready, which was fine because I didn't ask for an early check-in. The front desk spoke English and directed us to a lovely hike to Lago di Moro where along the way had awesome views of the surrounding towns. Check-in is at 3pm, but by the time we came back from our hike at 1pm, we received a complimentary upgrade and we were able to rest up and check-in. After a short nap, the front desk suggested we visit the park, and we hiked to the Parco di Luine where there were incredible petroglyphs to respect and search for. What an amazing time! We returned to amazing mineral water flowing from the faucets and had an incredible, shower, bath which left our skins silky soft. The mineral water was drinkable and delicious and felt amazing to drink. They provided free glass bottled water as well , still and sparkling straight from the town's source. It was an awesome experience with a very comfortable king size bed (2 twins together) in our upgraded room with cold blasting air conditioner (it was 40*C outside). wonderful staff that also watched our stuff as we went hiking when we couldn't get an early check in. The bed a bit on the soft side, but basically okay. Breno can be used with advantage for taking trips and walking in The Camonica Valley. Public transport with train from here, all the way up to Edolo (The endstation I believe). Prehstoric "Rock art" located at several distinct sites in The Valley and an excellent local museum " Museo Archeologico Nazionale della Valle Camonica"with roman and preroman artifacts in the neighbouring town of Cividate Camuno. (piazzale Giacomini, 2) (and an outdoor Minerva museum located between Breno and the Museum in Cividate Camuno on the ruins of an ancient place of worship) means that Breno and and its neighboring town has a lot to offer. On arrival we were put in a room at the rear of the property, with a window facing a cliff, overlooking an extremely noisy extraction fan of some sort. No bedside lights. Worst room in the hotel, I hope. No a/c, so the window had to be opened on a muggy day. We complained and got a new room, with very little concern from the staff. This time with a view over the valley, so at least you could open the window. Still no bedside lamps; all of the images online are inaccurate. You’d think it would be a quiet village, but young folk were seemingly racing their dirt bikes on the roads until gone 11. Bed was actually quite comfortable. - "Beautiful hotel, clean and comfortable! excellent breakfast! The SPA Is very very cute!" - "Good hotel, the room is large and clean, there is a mini bar, and the bathroom is modern. A bit noisy in the morning because of other guests leaving. The parking lot is small, but there is another very large one just 50m far. These chalet is just next to the "main" hotel, which also have the spa. There is a reduction for guests of the chalet, and it's totally worthwhile. All the amenities are given at the entrance, so there's no need to bring anything. 5-star breakfast, with a very wide selection of bio and homemade products. Overall, I'd recommend it, and I would (and probably will) come back."

A little confusing to find because its mostly labelled Milano Hotel, but check in and parking are across the road with the main hotel area. Lovely staff were very helpful once we found our way. - "We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and decorated in a stylish modern-contemporary way. We were due to arrive after the reception’s usual closing time, but the hotel went out of their way to accommodate us, staying their until 10:30pm just so we could check in. Check-in was quick and effortless, and from the very start, the service exceeded our expectations. One of the owners personally helped us, and she was simply phenomenal — warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. She even went above and beyond to help us with our travel plans, looking up Bernina Express train times and sending the information to me via WhatsApp. The breakfast the next morning was delicious and set us up perfectly for our onward journey. This was the perfect pit stop before catching the Bernina Express, and we left feeling well-rested, cared for, and very impressed. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
