Room was a bit outdated and lacked power outlets near the bed." - "To be honest the rooms were tired and standard felt low, for the price class I expected more, it felt more like a motorway motel. Also the restaurant prices were very high. We wanted to eat at the pizza shack because of amazing view but was closed off for food because of a large group, meaning we had to take main restaurant which was ok food but not upto the price of 400sek for a main. Service was good though. Breakfast had a good selection, but a lot of people and noise level was very high. "

Delightful!" - "Unfortunately, this property offered me no help in getting to the venue when the bus dropped me at the shopping centre 5 mins drive away. I think it’s pretty poor that they didn’t try to pick me up. I couldn’t get a taxi, and was stranded in the cold & rain. Luckily a local bus driver took pity, went off his route & dropped me at the venue. I’ve been at other guest houses who have picked me up from public transport. Caring for your customers is a BIG part of hospitality. "

We had ordered a room for three, and the extra bed was not made up when we came. In reception I was asked if there was a grey bag in the room, which would contain what I needed to make the bed myself. When I expressed my surprise, they quickly offered to send someone to the room to do it. The hotel should really reconsider their policy of expecting/suggesting that guests make their own bed! "

There are no linens, and breakfast is not included. The room has a bathroom, but it is a shared shower. We were there and it was practically empty so the shower and kitchen were available. There were a lot of rooms though! We received no instruction though. We had no clue about acquiring linens, if or when breakfast was, how we can check out or leave the key. The location was pretty good though."
