The bed here is pretty soft comparatively and there's no bidet in the restroom to use unlike most other hotels in Taiwan that I've been to. There's also no Laundry service in the hotel but there's one down the road. Room is clean, modern and well equipped and there is hot water available for customers just on the left of the lifts. Will strongly recommend this place."

When we returned later, Wei took the time and helped us planned our trip to Alishan. He mentioned that on his day off Sat, which is next day, he was going to Alishan as well for fall foliage, and welcomed us to join him. After chatting with KW, we decided to meet KW at the bus stop in the morning. Wei helped us bough bus tickets and accompanied us to Alishan. On the way to Alishan, we chatted and noticed KW carried hotel brochures to distribute there, also while we were at the mountain train station, he helped other hotel guests buying next day train tickets. KW is such a generous and kind person. Really, who would go out his way to help someone that he barely knows? A Big Thank You to KW!"

(tv is in the front of the bed). Also breakfast service had the following problems: hosting lady was not dressed as a hotel attendant, but as a toilet's cleaner. Breakfast was meant to end at 9h30, but at 9h12 they packed all the european style food, just leaving the chinese food... Restaurant had mosquitoes... we were not impressed and could not sit comfortably, always expecting being bitten by one of them !"
