- "This was the first time I used Hotels.com to book a stay. The rooms were nice, however, the hotel was a little sketchy. The name of the hotel wasn't even the hotel we stayed at. It was under another name and we needed to call the contact person to bring us to "their" part of the hotel. Which was a little odd. But overall the price and stay was quite nice, we enjoyed it, even though the room we asked for was not the correct one.
