But it’s only open 8am-7pm, and that’s where the pool, gym and laundry all are. Why?! It’s not like they have a lifeguard on duty?! The area is so pretty with great views and lovely lights but you can’t even use it at night to see them? And who wants to do their laundry during the day? I would absolutely stay here again if in Ipoh once more, I was just frustrated that the main reason I booked it — the rooftop pool — had such limited opening hours. Added points to the staff for taking a photo and messaging us to check on clothes and books we left behind. We had done so deliberately, but what wonderful service to follow up on that. "
