- "When we arrived, the reception was closed. A kind cleaning personnel let us in - but our name was not on the list of arriving guests. Waited for 40 minutes before we could check-in (by the cleaning person). The lift didn't work. We got a big room - but it was very cold, also in the bathroom. One of the pillows was missing cover. We wanted to use the spa (reason for choosing this hotel) - but it was closed. Breakfast was good - served by Dirk, the same person who checked us in. He is the only reason for not giving the lowest rating. He tried to do his best to make the stay tolerable. We checked out immediately after breakfast"
