The only 2 small criticisms was that The bed was way too hard for my liking - but that is personal preference and that the hot water took ages to come through so a lot of water was wasted waiting for the hot to come through. However this didn’t affect our stay at all as at the end of the day there was hot water. The other thing to note which was slightly disappointing but again didn’t affect our stay. Was that it was declared in the listing of facilities that the deluxe suite had its own private hot tub. It didn’t! What it did have was an oversized and very deep bath tub with NO jet sprays or anything, it was simply a huge bath tub that they called a hot tub purely based on its size. So if you’re booking this room over the other rooms because of the hot tub then don’t as there is no hot tub just a very big basic bath tub. HOWEVER the hotel was absolutely lovely and we will definitely stay again and would definitely recommend staying here."
