When we came back a week later, check in was easy and the staff remembered us as soon as we drove up. We were travelling with four children ages 5 and under, and this resort was great. A playground would be a fantastic addition to the pool and beach, but overall we loved our stay and will definitely be back!"

I also walked to several other Restaurants and market and found the little town pleasant. Knowing French would have been an asset but again, I made do without any problems."

When reported fridge problems to reception, was told someone would come to look. No-one came. Bathroom not really clean, with unsightly holes in shower area. Breakfast was adequate, but we were told only one free breakfast was included per room so had to pay for the second. Our booking proof that we'd paid for room with breakfast included was dismissed. Staff were so unhelpful and disinterested and the room had such dangerous electrics that, although we'd prepaid for 4 nights, we felt unable to stay there for more than one night. We had to find an alternative hotel. How very very disappointing!! The hotel setting and grounds were beautiful and immaculately kept."

Shower had no curtain (but did have curtain rings). Room curtains did not extend enough to cover the windows - some light would always get in. Bathroom door had a frosted glass pane through which light shone from a light that could not be shut off. Posted breakfast hours were not respected. Most staff responded with stunned looks when asked the simplest thing. None of this could be anticipated from the listing on hotels.com. If this was a super cheap hotel, then the conditions might be understandable, but this one was in the range of ~$100 USD per night! This hotel should be delisted and should not appear as choice when searching for a hotel. Travelers be warned!"
